3. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to DrishiTech. Client project files are transferred to the client after full payment. We may display completed work in our portfolio.

4. Payments

• Advance or milestone payments are required to start and continue work.
• Delayed payments may pause the project.
• Completed work payments are non-refundable.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, tools, ads) are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required content and access on time.
• Review and approve work promptly.
• Delays from the client may change timelines and cost.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Marketing and SEO results depend on many factors. Specific rankings, traffic, or sales cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by third-party platforms or providers. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

Some projects use third-party tools or APIs. Their availability and policies are outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project in writing. The client must pay for all completed work up to that point.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
