Purpose of this page
This is DrishiTech’s user data deletion instructions page for drishitech.com and our products (including Vision Next, Apply4U, DrishiDesk, DrishiERP, WebzFlow and related portals). Meta / Facebook requires a public URL that explains how people can delete data obtained through Facebook Login and WhatsApp Embedded Signup.
1. Request deletion from DrishiTech
Email info@drishitech.com with subject User data deletion request. Include:
- Your full name and the email or phone used on the product
- The product or website (for example Vision Next or Apply4U Portal)
- Whether you also want WhatsApp / Facebook connection data removed
We will confirm the request and delete or anonymise personal data we control within 30 days, unless Indian law requires us to keep a record (for example invoices).

2. Disconnect WhatsApp inside the product
If you have an admin login, open WhatsApp → Connection and use Disconnect. That removes our stored access token and stops us sending or receiving WhatsApp messages for that account.
3. Remove DrishiTech from Facebook
This stops Meta from sharing further Facebook Login / WhatsApp signup data with our app:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
- Find the DrishiTech / WA Drishi app
- Select Remove
Meta keeps its own copies of WhatsApp Business data under Meta’s policies. Removing the app here does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account on Meta’s side — only our connection to it.
What we delete
- Name, email, phone and enquiry records we stored for you, where we no longer need them for a contract or legal duty
- Product login accounts you ask us to close
- WhatsApp access tokens, WABA IDs, phone number IDs and inbox messages stored in our products
- Facebook user IDs received through Facebook Login for that connection
What we cannot delete
- Data Meta holds in WhatsApp Manager, Facebook or Instagram — you must manage that in Meta’s tools
- Invoices, tax and accounting records we must keep under Indian law
- Backups that expire on a fixed cycle after deletion from live systems
