Agreement
These terms apply when you browse drishitech.com, request a demo, or engage DrishiTech for a product, website, campaign or retained service. If a signed proposal or SOW says something different, that document wins for that project.
What we do
We design, deploy and operate business systems and digital work — including CRM and related products, websites, apps, marketing and operations support. Scope is written before we start. We do not sell generic “unlimited” packages unless a retainer says so in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate company and contact details.
- Provide content, access and feedback in the timelines we agree.
- Use products and logins only for your business and within the law.
- Keep account passwords safe and tell us if access is misused.
Fees and payment
Prices are in the proposal, plan or invoice. Work that is not in scope is quoted separately. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause delivery if invoices stay unpaid after a written reminder.
Intellectual property
Until invoices for that phase are paid, we retain rights in the work we create. After payment, you own the project deliverables we made for you, except our pre-existing tools, frameworks, product code and third-party software (those stay with us or their owners; you get a licence to use them as needed for the project).
Products
Live products (such as DrishiDesk) are licensed, not sold. Features depend on the plan. We may update the product. We are not liable for losses from how your team uses the system or from data you enter.
Warranties and liability
We work with professional care. The site and services are provided as delivered in the agreed scope. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or data loss beyond a reasonable direct amount limited to fees you paid us for the affected work in the previous three months. This does not limit liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep non-public project information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to people who need it to perform the work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh have jurisdiction, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
